Autumn Fest

The Sapporo Autumn Fest 2026 will take place from Friday, September 11 to Saturday, October 3, 2026, transforming Odori Park (Nishi 1-chome to Nishi 11-chome) into one of Hokkaido’s biggest food festivals.
Running for more than three weeks, the festival celebrates the very best of Hokkaido’s incredible produce, bringing together over 300 food and drink stalls from across the region. It’s the perfect opportunity to sample fresh seafood, local ramen, Hokkaido beef, seasonal vegetables, artisan cheeses, regional wines, craft beer, and plenty of sweet treats—all in one place.
Each section of Odori Park has its own unique theme, with highlights including lively German-style beer gardens, rotating pop-up restaurants hosted by local chefs, and dedicated areas showcasing Hokkaido’s farmers, fisheries, and meat producers.
The festival is free to enter, with food and drinks available to purchase from individual vendors. Stalls are typically open daily from 10:00 am until 8:30 pm, making it an ideal spot for lunch, dinner, or an evening drink after exploring Sapporo.
