Kamui

Locals review - Kamui Ski Links is a quiet locals' mountain which receives some of the best powder snow. The relaxed management means that the entire mountain is free to be explored. There are some great off-piste runs, many where you can weave through the trees and jump off the snow mushrooms
bubbles that build. The small park has some tabletop jumps and a few rails to play on to. There are some easy slopes for beginners and a tubing run for the
kids. At Kamui you can feel like you have the mountain to yourself on the weekdays and pay amazingly cheap prices for the lift tickets. Additionally,
wednesday is 'Lady's Day' - so tickets for females drops to 1500 Yen for a day pass!
The name 'Kamui' comes from the Ainu word for 'The Gods'.
Access - 30mins from Asahikawa JR station.
